I identified HR Division staff who were frequently leading and supporting the communication activities and brought them together as and into a “HR Communication Community”. These are colleagues who were either leading or supporting communication activities such as emails, launch of new HR initiatives, talent management campaigns, new digital solutions, recruitment events in campus etc.
I set-up a website for them and used the guidebook and the campaign builder to train and catch them so that they are enable in their hands, hearts and minds to support the improvements being made in the way how the HR Division communicates.
